Per Section 24 CFR 983.51(d) of the Federal Register and the adopted 2021 Administrative Plan for the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno, CA, we are announcing that an award will be made at the August 24, 2021 meeting of the Board of Commissioners to provide up to thirty-two (32) Project Based Vouchers at Sun Lodge (formerly Day’s Inn). The Sun Lodge complex is located at 1101 N. Parkway Drive, Fresno CA 93728 in the City of Fresno, California. The site is consists of an existing 97 unit motel complex that is currently being operated as transitional housing. Sun Lodge will adapt the existing units as well as construct one new building to create sixty-four (64) residential apartment units on 2.6 acres of land. The site will be owned by a limited partnership in which the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno, California and/or its affiliates will be a General Partner.
