Today we celebrated the Grand Opening of Monarch @ Chinatown. This beautiful new development includes 57 total units, a courtyard terrace, and a stunning mosaic mural that symbolizes the history and the future of the Chinatown neighborhood.

Thank you to the many partners, staff, and residents who celebrated with us today and made this community a reality.
