Maintenance & Repairs


Residents will not be charged for any damage(s) that are caused by normal wear and tear.


Residents will be responsible for the cost of repair for any damage to the apartment caused by household members or guests due to improper use, neglect, abuse or carelessness. These charges will appear on the rent statement and must be paid in full with the rent.

Toilet Stoppage (when there is only one bathroom in the unit).


Failure of heating systems in severe cold weather and where no alternative is available.


No running water throughout the entire unit.


No working electricity throughout the entire unit.


An inoperative or stuck elevator.


Locked out of your unit (there may be a tenant charge).


Damage to entry doors or window prohibiting the ability to secure the unit.
