Per Section 24 CFR 983.51(d) of the Federal Register and the adopted 2021 Administrative Plan for the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno, CA, we are announcing that an award will be made at the August 24, 2021 meeting of the Board of Commissioners to provide up to fifteen (15) Project Based Vouchers to the Avalon Commons Phase I apartment complex. Avalon Commons Phase I will be located at 7521 N. Chestnut Avenue in the City of Fresno, California. The land is currently vacant. Avalon Commons Phase I will consist of sixty (60) newly constructed units on approximately 4.3 acres of land, and will be owned by a limited partnership in which the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno, California and/or its affiliates will be a General Partner.
