Per Section 24 CFR 983.51(d) of the Federal Register and the adopted 2021 Administrative Plan for the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno, CA we are announcing that an award may be made at the August 24, 2021 meeting of the Board of Commissioners to provide up to fifty (50) Project Based Vouchers at Crossroads Village. Crossroads Village is located at 3737 N Blackstone Avenue in Fresno, California. Crossroads Village is a rehabilitation of a rapid rehousing site which was previously a motel.
