Providing Quality, Stable Housing
Fresno Housing provides low-income families with a safe and stable place to live, which has been shown to benefit children academically and support their overall development and well-being.
Our investments over the past decade include the revitalization of existing properties, helping to beautify our local neighborhoods and transformational developments that have won numerous awards for design, including a 2018 Gold Nugget Award for Best Renovated, Restored, or Adapted Re-Use Residential Project.

Today, Fresno Housing celebrated the Savvy Seniors in Kingsburg!
Residents from Linnaea Villas and Marion Villas successfully completed 8 digital literacy classes, learning essential digital skills for internet safety and engaging in online social platforms. Thanks to the instruction of our amazing partners at CMAC and the support of our IT team, each resident was rewarded with a new Apple iPad and one year of free internet service.
A huge shoutout to our Savvy Seniors for their accomplishments and dedication, and thank you to our Resident Empowerment team for making this program a reality.
