Diabetes Empowerment Education Program – Renaissance at Alta Monte
Gina Falcon, representative and health educator from California Health Collaborative, will teach a six-part health and wellness series on Diabetes education, giving an overview of diabetes, risks, and recommendations for managing Diabetes.
