NOTICE OF Request for Proposal (RFP)
HRFC Audit and Tax Return Services (P24007)

Fresno Housing is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured public accounting firms to provide audit and tax return services for the Housing Relinquished Fund Corporation (HRFC). The selected firm will be responsible for conducting annual audits and preparing the tax return for HRFC, as well as preparing the HRFC audited financial report. The audits and tax returns must be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and other applicable industry audit guidelines.
The HRFC audited financial report must be issued no later July 31st to be incorporated into the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno and Housing Authority of Fresno County’s financials due in September.
The selected auditor must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the State of California and comply with all legal registration requirements in the state.
Please note that the scope of services may be subject to change based on the needs of Fresno Housing.
