Fresno Housing E-Newsletter | Summer 2024
Fresno Housing provides quarterly updates to community members, partners, and stakeholders through our e-newsletter. These updates highlight new housing developments, resident engagement opportunities, affordable housing programs, and upcoming events.
The Summer 2024 edition features the grand opening of Corazón del Valle Commons in Huron—a milestone collaboration that brought new affordable housing and a new City Hall to the rural community. Additional highlights include an upcoming Statewide Housing Forum, a community meeting about Heritage Estates and the CAN initiative, new scholarship opportunities, and a breakdown of public housing interest list openings across Fresno County. The newsletter also honors Affordable Housing Month and tackles persistent misconceptions through myth-busting facts about who benefits from affordable housing.
