Becoming an HCV Landlord
Fresno Housing partners with property owners throughout Fresno County to support the rental of apartments and houses to residents with Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV). To accept vouchers and receive payment, property owners must sign a contract with Fresno Housing and enter into a rental agreement with the tenant/voucher holder.
Becoming a Landlord all starts with becoming familiar and educated in the Housing Choice Voucher process.
