The Habit Loop Series: Cue, Craving, Response, Reward 

Residents will begin a 4-part series on the habit loop, utilizing James Clear’s best-selling book, Atomic Habits. Each workshop will correspond to a step in the loop: cue, craving, response, and reward. Discussion and application will center around addiction, mental health, and positive relationships.
