Workforces Wednesdays starts off with discussing current job announcements followed by job readiness and Soft Skills training/discussion to tailor all employment needs. The first hour of the workshop is focused on discussion and education. The second hour is design to assist individual employment needs such as one-on-one resume assistance, small group discussions, and typing practice in the computer lab.
