Mental Health Awareness Workshop

To provide residents with practical tools for identifying, addressing, and managing mental health and stress effectively. The workshop will increase awareness, reduce stigma, and empower participants with self-care techniques. The workshop will also provide a safe space for discussing any topics regarding mental health for residents.
