The Food Waste Reduction curriculum is a 5-class series through Leah’s Pantry that teaches youths about composting and cooking healthy nutritious meals. The nutrition curriculum comes with materials and lesson plans that aligns with trauma-informed principles and the most recent dietary guidelines.
