Coffee Hour and Community Discussion:

Residents will come and take a quick stroll around the complex as we promote an active lifestyle fostering community interaction and strengthening bonds as we walk and talk. Then we will head back to the common room for coffee and community discussion facilitated by program coordinator on topics of mental health, stress management, and fostering a supportive environment and resources for resident.
