Cal-Fresh Healthy Living Adult and Youth Program 

The Cal Fresh Healthy Living Program in Fresno provides nutrition education, physical activity instruction, and environmental support for adults and youth in Fresno County. Participants learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for staying active, and make small changes to reduce fall risks at home1. The program aims to empower participants to choose healthier foods and beverages within a limited budget and lead more active lifestyles.
