Use this tool to determine if you are eligible for a specific unit you are interested in.

In the calculator, the “TTP/30%” and “Voucher Size” can be found in the Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) packet applicants receive from Fresno Housing during the briefing meeting (applicant) or when a move (participant) is approved. The rest of the information will be obtained from the landlord/manager of the unit you are interested in leasing.

This calculator cannot be used for applicants/participants who have a set minimum rent, shared housing, or pro-rated assistance.
