Fresno Housing is requesting proposals from Broadband Wi-Fi Contractors that will 
initiate and provide Broadband Wi-Fi access and service at the Parlier Migrant Center as
part of the Office of Migrant Service Center State Grant. Proposals shall include a
breakdown of construction costs, installation costs, monthly recurring charges, and any
applicable discounts per location related to Wireless Broadband services.
