SUMMARY:Benefits of Walking (Walking Club)/Coffee Hour and Community Discussion
DESCRIPTION:Purpose of walking club is to get residents active by walking their property to promote a healthy and active lifestyle as well fostering community interaction through the discussions during the walk. Coffee Hour and Community Discussion is facilitated by program coordinator to lead discussion on topics such as mental health\, stress management\, fostering positive relationships\, and making positive life choices in a collaborative and supportive environment with other residents.
