We will dive into some of life’s most common stressors and explore the ways in which these might produce stressful feelings both inside and outside of the workplace. Events related to work\, family\, finances\, and relationships will be discussed. Residents will discover how stress can sometimes be positive and be given the opportunity to reflect on what you might be able to do about the specific stressors in your life.
