Parc Grove Commons Northwest will be located at 2660 E. Clinton Avenue on the southeast corner of Fresno Street and Clinton Avenue in Fresno, California. The land is currently vacant and is directly northwest of the recently completed Parc Grove Commons South project, which consists of 215-affordable multifamily units. The project will consist of 148 new construction units (36 1-Bd., 60 2-Bd., 41 3-Bd. and 11 4-Bd.) built on a total of 7.73 acres. Parc Grove Commons Northwest is the second phase in the redevelopment of aging public housing.
